"Order confirmation was confusing and no one followed up"
I got my order confirmation, but it didn’t really have enough clear details for me to feel sure everything was correct. I ended up having to double-check everything myself, which was kind of annoying. What bothered me more was that there was no follow-up at all to clarify anything or make sure the order looked right. Not the worst experience, but definitely more confusing than it needed to be.

The jersey turned out nice and I’m happy with how it looks, but I definitely regret not ordering sooner. Shipping took longer than I expected, and while it wasn’t a huge deal, it was still a little frustrating waiting on it.

The jersey turned out decent overall. The colors were close to what I had in mind, but the logo placement was a little off compared to my mockup. Not a huge deal haha, I just expected it to line up a bit more like the design I sent in

I had a question about my jersey order and felt a bit ignored at first while I was waiting for a response. Once they did get back to me, though, the reply was clear and they helped sort out the issue without making it complicated. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

I got my custom jersey today, and I have to admit, the colors came out pretty much exactly like what I picked online. I was half expecting some weird fading or the shades to be a little off, but nope, it looks right. i’m happy with it.

I ordered a batch of jerseys for our team, and overall I’d say it was okay. The quality was decent, so I was happy with that part, but the bulk order took longer than I expected and I didn’t get many updates along the way. That was a little frustrating. To be fair, they did fix one jersey that came in the wrong size, which I appreciated. So I’ve got mixed feelings, not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped...

It’s not bad overall, I just thought it would be a little better. I guess with stuff in this price range, you kind of always get something that’s decent but not amazing. It does the job, but I wasn’t exactly blown away.

"Logo was a little off"
The jersey itself was okay, but the logo just didn’t come out right. A few parts looked kind of stretched, and the colors literally didn’t match what I uploaded. From a distance it looks fine, but up close you can definitely tell it’s not accurate. I was expecting a bit better since it was a custom order. Shipping was normal, but I’m disappointed with how the logo turned out.

"Exchange took longer than I hoped"
I had to swap my jersey for a different size. Support did get back to me, but it took a few days each time, which was a bit frustrating. I got the new one in the end and it fits fine, just wish the whole process didnt take so long.

My order showed up a bit later than I was hoping, but the jersey looks really good. The fit was just right, and the custom name and number came out super clean. It’s not totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with it and would definitely consider ordering again.

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I was fully prepared to sit around refreshing the tracking forever because that’s usually how these things go, but it actually kept moving steadily the whole time. Customs slowed it down a little, because of course it did, but it wasn’t some ridiculous wait or anything. The jersey arrived in good shape, the name and number were correct, and the sizing was totally fine. For once, there really wasn’t anything to complain about. I’d order again

Overall, the website gets the job done. I was able to browse the jersey options and find most of what I needed without too much hassle. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the customizer took me a minute to figure out. I also had to click around a bit more than I’d like just to understand the pricing and available choices. It’s not a bad experience by any means, but it could definitely be smoother and more straightforward...

I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it didn’t take anything off. Not sure if it was that thing they mentioned or some other catch, but the deal ended up being useless for me

"Design tool was frustrating"
I tried putting together a jersey, but the design tool kept freezing and shifting things around on me. Lining up the text was way harder than it should’ve been. Something about it just felt clunky, and after about 20 minutes I gave up.

I was bracing myself for some huge dramatic ordeal, but the return went totally fine. I sent it back without any real issues, and the refund showed up after a few days. I may have checked my account way too many times like it was a life-or-death situation, but in the end, everything worked out

The jersey arrived fine and overall it looked okay at first—actually, I wouldn’t say bad at all, but when I checked the print up close, it seemed a little dull. It’s not a huge issue, I just thought it would be sharper for the price.

I ordered a custom jersey with my last name and lucky number, and everything came out right. I was definitely very calm about the spelling and spacing the whole time, obviously, but when it showed up it actually looked clean. The number was centered well too, so yeah, happy with it overall. No complaints from me...
